Great service, very professional. They listen to your needs and give good advice, too! New management is really trying. When I opened my pool this season, the water was green and I thought it’s gonna cost me a fortune to make it clear. They advised me which chemicals to use, the way to use them and sold me just the right amount. My pool got clean in just a few days and it stays clean! I had my filter media changed to the new glass media, and the customer service was excellent. The 2 guys who came to do the service were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They were a pleasure to do business with. I also had a great experience at the store when I initially went to Lucky Duck, because I had an issue with my pool being green with algae and not clearing. The owner told me exactly what products to add to my pool and promised my pool would be clear in 24 hrs, and he was absolutely correct.. next day after putting in the products the pool was blue and clear. Friendly service both in the store and at my house. Everyone I’ve dealt with so far with this company have been a pleasure to deal with. That’s not something you always get these days. The owner took the time to help me and was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly.

My husband and I recently started going to Lucky Duck again as new ownership took over. Anthony the new owner and Steve his side kick are amazing to work with! We uncovered our pool it was green and they gave us the goods to clear it right up! They are affordable super helpful and when I needed a new piece for the pool Anthony had it in the back came out and even put the tape on it.
