Called Lucky Duck Pools to open my pool (second year having my above ground pool), came out next day to open my pool! They were super responsive! The company who closed my pool last year didn't do a great job securing the cover and it fell in along with all the leaves that had gathered on top. Jordan and Robbie opened and set the equipment back up and once the pool cleared, Shining came out and vacuumed the pool. All of this within 3 days of me calling to have my pool opened for the season. While Shining was out here he noticed that it wasn't priming correctly, John sent out the expert he was here for 2.2 seconds and had it priming!! I am so impressed with this company!!
